The new range of Apollo Quick Turn lathes are designed to be the new manual lathe using technology to produce parts in a one off situation, much faster and more efficiently than any manual lathe.

These machines can be used manually with 2 hand-wheels and a joystick to engage directional feed & rapid, this enables any manual lathe operator to feel that he is in control. He can then use the FANUC Quick Turn control to produce any simple or complicated job in easy steps, via the touch screen control.

The Apollo Quick Turn Lathe will do any of the following jobs which a manual lathe could only dream about, tapered threads, ball ends, non standard threads, complicated radiused profiles & large radii.
